If a customer complains that an order never delivered, we suggest you check the tracking as first step. There are several possibilities:

The package is delayed by unexpected factors such as custom clearance, strike, extreme weather etc. It’s out of TikSuper ’s control and there’s nothing we can do about.

The package ever gets lost on its way before out for delivery to customer. If it happens, we will refund you the product cost and shipping cost.

The package is delivered according to tracking. In this way, we suggest you or your customer call the courier for inquiry.
